  All Inclusive Party Packages

Looking for the ideal venue to celebrate? Look no further than Once Upon A Creation! Voted Best Entertainment Business of Lake County from 2022 to 2024. With our top notch dream team we ensure you the #BESTPARTYEVER. Our space is perfect for any occasion, whether it's a birthday party, baby shower, bridal shower, Sweet 16, Celebration of life or corporate meeting. We have packages design of small parties of 30 or less and parties 40 or more. Our space can hold up to 50 guests.

All private parties require a non refundable deposit of $300. All sales are final when booking and reserving your date and time slot. This deposit does get put into your final bill. Remaining balance is due the day of event with a 20% service fee. Gratuity is not included and up to your discretion.

Business Event Packages

Host your next corporate event hassle-free with our comprehensive Business Event Package. Perfect for up to 50 guests we offer day and evening packages.

 Business Silver Package

  • Seating for 50 guests
  • Microphones and speakers for presentations
  • TV'S and/or Projector
  • All-day room rental from 8am to 5pm

Package Details:

Price: $200 per hour (Monday through Friday)

Complimentary: Water and coffee throughout the day

Beverage Package:  We offer sodas, beers, wines and mimosas for a minimum depending on how many hours the space is booked for.

Event assistants throughout the evening to help set up and clean up. Leave the mess and the stress to us.

Optional Add-ons:

  • Beverage Package: Enjoy our complimentary water & coffee and we offer sodas, beer, wine and mimosa for a minimum depending on how many yours the space is booked for.
  • Catering Available: Enhance your event with our customizable catering options, available at an additional cost.

Business Gold Package

Our gold package is for evening hours from 5pm to 10pm. Great for business after hours or award ceremonies.

  • Seating for 50 guests
  • Microphones and speakers for presentations
  • TV'S and/or Projector
  • After hours time slots between 5pm to 10pm (Monday through Thursday)

Package Details:

Price: $225 per hour minimum 2 hours

Complimentary: Water and coffee throughout the evening

Beverage Package:  We offer sodas, beers, wines and mimosas for a minimum depending on how many hours the space is booked for.

Event assistants: throughout the evening to help set up and clean up. Leave the mess and the stress to us.

Room Rentals

✨ Features include:, hostess chair, DJ Speaker, Mics, TV's, Fireplace, Music, Custom Welcome sign, photo light up display wall (great for photos), Lemonade Cart, 6 Rectangles tables, 2 round tables, 50 chairs, 3 Lounge Booths, 12 foot built in food table.  Min 2 hours are required. We will clean the floors and tables and take all garbage on your behalf. If you would like to hire an assistant to help decorate and place your belongings and hosts your event a charge of $60 per hour of room rental will be added. They will assist you and your guests the entire event.

 

Rental Rates:
$250/hour (February-September)
$300/hour (October-January)
$300 non-refundable deposit is required to book your time slot.
Remaining balance is due week of the event plus 20% service fee.
