Business Event Packages – FAQ

$125 non refundable for kid parties with 50% due 30 days prior event and balance due the day of party.
 
For formal events
$300 non refundable deposit and 50% due 30’days prior to event date. Remaining balance due day of party.

$300 non refundable deposit and full balance due 30 days prior to room rental

Yes. All business packages include complimentary water and coffee, and you can upgrade to a beverage package that features sodas, beer, wine, and mimosas. The minimum spend for this package depends on the number of hours you book the event space.

Yes. We offer customizable catering options to complement your event. Catering is available for an additional cost and can be tailored to fit the needs of your group.

Room Rentals – FAQ

Room rentals include everything you need to host a successful event: a hostess chair, DJ speaker, microphones, TVs, a fireplace, music, and a custom welcome sign. There’s also a photo light-up display wall that’s perfect for pictures, a lemonade cart, six rectangular tables, two round tables, 50 chairs, three lounge booths, and a built-in 12-foot food table. After your event, we clean the floors and tables and handle all garbage removal on your behalf.

Yes. If you’d like extra help, an event assistant can be added for $60 per hour of room rental. Your assistant will help decorate, set up your belongings, and host your event by assisting you and your guests throughout the entire rental.

Room rental rates are $250 per hour from February through September and $300 per hour from October through January. A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to book your time slot, and the remaining balance is due the week of your event. A 20% service fee is also applied to the total.
