Once Upon A Creation is a charming creative event venue located in Clermont, FL. Founded and lovingly run by Cathylee since 2017, we specialize in hosting intimate gatherings of up to 50 guests.
Whether it’s a birthday party, a baby or bridal shower, a corporate event, or a specialty art workshop, we’re all about bringing a touch of magic to every celebration. Our hallmark is creating whimsical, fantasy-inspired experiences that are as unique as the people we celebrate.

In 2017, Cathylee Morales had just given birth to her second child when she lost her job as a marketing consultant. Her husband, Jesus Morales, told her to focus on being a mom and hold down the fort at home for a while, but his job’s slow summer months took extra time to get back to normal after Hurricane Irma.
This took a financial toll on their family…
In the midst of the turmoil, I made the bold decision to chase after my dreams. That’s when Once Upon A Creation came to life. With the support of my husband, Jesus, and my family, I started creating custom items for friends and family.
Next thing I knew, orders started coming in… and they kept coming.

Once Upon A Creation Co. is a locally-owned and family-operated business that offers do-it-yourself studio space for guests of all ages to come and create their very own, one-of-a-kind piece of art. The studio offers several designs that are ready for customers to choose from for the occasion. Custom design options are also available, including a paint bar full of stains and color choices.
From DIY creations to custom designs, there’s something for everyone…
You’ll find original workshops in the Once Upon A Creation studio space where design meets delectables. Previous classes have included making margarita candles while sipping on a margarita, planting succulents and painting, decorating cookies, and even archery paired with painting summer-themed signs.
Yeah, it’s as fun as it sounds.
